Ubiami OS is made of modules, each one handling its own part of the working day. They work on their own, and together.
Ubiami OS
Ubiami OS is the frame every module runs on: credit management, identity management, users and permissions, tenant settings. The base package (Concierge, Files, TenantAdmin) always comes with it; modules are added on top.
Concierge
Concierge is more than a chatbot — it is the door to everything that happens in Ubiami. It takes you through onboarding by asking, not by forms, and then stays on as your daily assistant: you ask in ordinary language, and the thing gets done in the right module without you having to know which one. The more you use it, the better it knows you and your company — and it starts suggesting before you get round to asking.
Clarity
Clarity takes a muddled question and turns it into a clear view. It facilitates the conversation, collects every voice, and steers towards decisions and actions. It works as well on your own matters — a relationship, planning together, generating ideas — as it does at work: workshops, preparing meetings, making decisions.
Tasks
Tasks keeps things moving without the list becoming a burden. It is built on the ARIEL model: a task does not start from an empty line but from a goal — what the aim is, what stands in its way, who can help and what moves it forward. Simple day to day, but it always knows why something is on the list.
Portfolio
Portfolio is the leadership view of what the company is carrying. Business ideas and development initiatives go through the same process — assessment, decision, follow-up — so every initiative is comparable and every status is known. No ideas buried in inboxes and slide decks, but one place where they are decided and where they stay visible.
Projects
Projects takes a decided initiative into production. It follows projects one feature and one version at a time, so anyone can see what was promised, what is in progress and what is already out. Digital Factory is included: software products can be developed agent-first — a person decides and approves, the agents do the work.
Flow
Flow turns a process into a product: one that can be run, measured and improved. The dashboard shows leadership how business processes actually perform, and with the visual design tool a process is built once and then runs on its own. Flow connects to agent automations and orchestrates long, complicated processes too — including the ones that wait days for a person.
People
People does not ask who you know but what your network can do. People, organisations and the relationships between them live in one place, and each one has their skills and resources on record — not just contact details. That way the right person is findable even when they are at another company, one connection away.
